(whisky and oatmeal drink)

250 g (8 oz) fine oatmeal
250 g (8 oz) clear runny honey
1 cup cold water
1 litre (2 pints) whisky

Stir together the oatmeal, honey and water.
(Remember, honey comes off the spoon easily if the spoon is dipped in boiling water first). Slowly add the whisky and then whisk the mixture until it froths. Pour into a bottle and cork it tightly. The mixture is ready for
drinking after a couple of days.
